EVCOM, the international association representing the corporate film and live events industry, today announces the appointment of Norma Gaunt, The Edge and Nadu Rodriguez, TheZoo XYZ to its Board.
Both appointments bring significant creative, production and leadership experience to the organisation, strengthening EVCOM’s core mission as being built for now and leading what’s next for the ever evolving corporate storytelling and events industries. With backgrounds spanning global production, brand experiences, and creative communications, Gaunt and Rodriguez will help support EVCOM’s work in driving industry collaboration, talent development, and innovation.

Nadu Rodriguez, TheZoo XYZ
With over 18 years in the events industry, working across Europe, Africa, the USA, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, Nadu brings a global perspective and real-world experience to every room she enters.
From delivering experiences for brands such as Afro Nation, Spotify Africa, Netflix and Merky, to building her own global agency, Nadu has navigated the highs, pivots, and pressures of live production and now is joining EVCOM to support the industry as a whole.
Norma Gaunt, The Edge
Norma Gaunt is a multi-award-winning Creative Producer with more than 20 years’ experience leading production teams and delivering high-impact content across the globe. She began her career in film, working on shorts, commercials and music promos before joining The Edge in 2000. Since then, she has helped shape some of the company’s most ambitious projects, from communications programming and brand films to hard-hitting drama, and played a key role in leading The Edge’s first move into the Middle East in 2003.
For seven years, she served as Global Head of Production, managing cross-regional teams in the UK and Middle East. From the start of 2025, she stepped into the role of Managing Director. Gaunt is passionate about creative collaboration, nurturing talent, and building a culture that delivers work teams can be proud of.
Before joining The Edge, she spent five years at Jongleurs Comedy Clubs as Talent & Show Producer, booking comedians and managing live show production. She holds a degree in Business Studies and is driven by working with passionate people to bring good ideas to life.
