Earlier this summer we spoke to Board Member Nick Coombes (Bouche Media) about creating some filmed content for our Next Gen resources space. Many interviews and plenty of hours spent in the editing suite later, we are really excited to share them with you. We gathered professionals from the film and events industries, to share their top tips for succeeding in their industry. From senior leaders to members of our shadow board, the interviews come from people at all stages in their journey.

Claire Fennelow, EVCOM’s Executive Director, says, “We think it’s so important for people considering our industry and starting out in it, to hear from people at a range of levels. Senior leaders have such a wealth of expertise to share, whilst people more Junior event organisers and filmmakers have a real understanding of what it means to start out in this industry today. We really believe that, as a community, we can all be part of attracting and retaining new talent.”
