On the 25th November we will be welcoming guests to the EVCOM London Live and Film Awards at The May Fair Hotel. It’s going to be a night to remember, and we thought we’d tell you why!
The evening begins at 6:00pm, with a drinks reception – a chance to reconnect with colleagues and peers, and to admire everyone’s black tie finery! By 6:45pm our guests will be seated in The May Fair’s gorgeous screening room, where our host Kate Sturgess will begin the ceremony. In each category our winners will be announced, and a clip (where applicable) of the Gold winning entry will be shown on screen for everyone to enjoy. The ceremony will be a celebration of the talent our industry has to offer, complete with popcorn!
Following the end of the ceremony our guests will enter the beautiful Crystal Ballroom where we will be spending the rest of the night. A delicious three course dinner will be served, and we will be joined by band The Colts, who will play to you and then get you up on your feet for some dancing! Carriage are at 12:30pm so there’ll be plenty of time to celebrate, connect and enjoy the evening.
The space will be decorated by one of our sponsors London Event Hire, and you can expect candelabras and flower walls for plenty of social media moments for you and your team.
In order to ensure we can celebrate safely, we ask that all of our guests show proof (through presenting your Covid passport in the NHS app) that they have either been double vaccinated, have natural immunity or have completed a negative lateral flow test in the last 24 hours. Hand sanitiser will also be available around the venue.
We are so looking forward to spending the evening with you all, and to celebrating the achievements of the corporate film and live event industries after a challenging year for so many of us.
