We are going to be joined by Nick Cavander, Investment Manager at Creative England, working specifically with Creative Growth Finance. Nick is responsible for helping to expand the portfolio of companies for whom they provide scale up finance and ongoing development support. He engages with potential investee companies to identify ways they can help them to grow their businesses with funding and follow on support. Nick previously worked in film and television marketing for years and understands first-hand the commercial opportunities and challenges that creative sector businesses face.
He will be sharing his insight around accessing investment and business finance in the creative sector. Whether you’re a larger business looking to expand or buy, or a small agency looking for business opportunities, finding the right financial support can be a long and arduous task. In this session, Nick will guide attendees through the various offerings that Creative England have available, as well as sharing his own expertise and advice.
