It is no longer enough to simply have a sustainability intention; there needs to be valuable output that is meaningful to your client and your company. This necessitates a powerful combination of innovative strategic thinking and targeted measurable action. Only in this way can you demonstrate alignment with international best practice, such as ISO 20121, GRI Standards and B Corp.

This is why we developed BOSS – a dynamic planning and performance tool that enables you to manage risk, reduce impact and drive purposeful change across people, planet and prosperity. BOSS puts you in the driving seat. All it takes is four simple steps that can be seamlessly integrated into your project management cycle.

  1. Setup – strategic kick off meeting where you switch on the most important plans
  2. Do – everyone does their bit and watches the Dashboard update in real time
  3. Review – internal improvement review and report performance
  4. Gloss – gloss the BOSS to demonstrate client facing value
