Job description/ responsibilities:
Due to continued growth UKSV are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and self-motivated Account Manager/ Live Event Producer. Responsible for all areas of client engagement, your role will be a hands-on, proactive one. You will nurture and grow some of our existing client relationships and projects as well as taking on new clients. You will need to be able to take the lead in developing the customer relationship with UKSV as well as supporting our clients with both creative design ideas and the latest technology to deliver cutting edge events.
Taking and interpreting client briefs
Understanding the messaging and objectives
Developing creative proposals that bring fresh and innovative ideas to content and engagement
Advising on production and technology to enhance Live events (including hybrid and virtual as required)
Proactively managing and developing both new and existing client account opportunities
Creating the project plan
Client development, management and communication
Overseeing all elements of delivery including video, technical, graphics and digital
Working closely with internal teams – finance, technical and creative.
Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc.
Budget management
Onsite management / facilitating virtual events
Experience required:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an agency based environment, have excellent rapport building, active listening and communication skills as well as a passion for customer service, delivery and attention to detail.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of technology and different communication platforms. An understanding of presentation content and the ability to turn this into engaging user experiences for face-to-face conference and events, virtual and hybrid activities etc. is key.
Experience of working within the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector would be preferred but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be comfortable with home working and an allowance for setting this up will be included.
