A-Vision create AVAYA JOURNEYS events at Frameless, London

We created a remarkable event for Avaya called Journeys with Avaya, where we seamlessly brought together their internal staff and valued customers for a memorable two-day experience. Choosing an art gallery as the backdrop for this corporate gathering added a unique touch, elevating the ambience and fostering a creative atmosphere.

Our innovative approach didn’t stop there; we redefined the traditional expo setup by incorporating cutting-edge technology. The highlight was the utilization of 360-degree projection rooms, a novel concept that transformed the event space into a dynamic and immersive environment. The response was overwhelmingly positive, as attendees appreciated the fresh and engaging perspective we brought to the corporate event landscape. Our commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional experiences truly set Journeys apart.

TTA stage a life-affirming conference for Shine Cancer Support

Every year since 2015, TTA have partnered with Shine Cancer Support, the UK’s only non-profit dedicated to supporting people in their twenties, thirties and forties living with a cancer diagnosis, to stage a life-affirming conference for their community. After 3 years of hosting the flagship event, Shine Connect online, 2023 saw a switch to a hybrid format, the in-person element of which was hosted at the WallaceSpace in Clerkenwell Green.

The event required a flexible, engaging and creative venue of which, the WallaceSpace ticked all of these boxes.  The building has been thoughtfully converted for accessibility, with step-free, assisted entry, wide doorways and a lift to all floors, which made the event more inclusive for the delegates. It also boasts floor-to-ceiling glass walls throughout, bathing the spaces in natural daylight and offering views of iconic London landmarks.

WallaceSpace stood out during the venue find process due to their innovative and forward-thinking approach, from rooms that have been carefully designed to help keep people focussed and engaged, to an all-inclusive payment structure, where “what you see is what you pay” with no hidden fees. Their spaces encourage collaboration and human interaction, and an environment that promotes creative thinking. The venue has also invested in the best hybrid meeting technology and internet bandwidth to help deliver premium virtual experiences.

On reflection of the event, our charity partner said, “returning to an in-person Shine Connect after a three-year hiatus felt a bit daunting – we needed a different venue and to find an approach that would work for everyone, whether they could join us in London or online. TTA were amazing at helping us through this process, from finding a venue which was absolutely perfect, to ensuring that the tech worked well enough that those online didn’t miss out. It’s a testament to the hard work of everyone that Shine Connect this year felt truly special – a way for old friends to meet up and for new friends to be made”.


ITN Business hosts a panel discussion at the historic London Stock Exchange

On December 12, 2023, ITN Business hosted an exclusive panel discussion, ‘Imagining the Future of Investment’, in the City of London’s beautiful and historic London Stock Exchange. With its magnificent architecture, iconic status in the world of finance, ample audience seating capacity and high-definition video walls, the building provided the perfect setting for our panel guests of industry leaders to discuss the role of innovation and transparency in enabling the investment community to bring about change for good. Add to that the fantastic ancillary space in and around the auditorium that played host to a spot of breakfast networking prior to the event! Find out more here.


Venues of Excellence take over Alton Towers Resort

Venues of Excellence (VOE) has hosted its 2024 Annual Conference at the award-winning Alton Towers Resort sponsored by Oyster Recruitment. The theme for the conference was titled ‘The Power of Discovery’ and was attended by 143 delegates and supported by 21 exhibitors.

The Power of Discovery theme was a major success with delegates and as always, VOE provided motivation and inspiration from an excellent range of industry speakers and informative sessions all focussed on helping venues strive for continued excellence. With a stellar line up of speakers, themes included Inspiration, Motivation, Entrepreneurial Vision, and Industry Best Practice.

Venues of Excellence CEO, Mandy Jennings opened the conference sharing that the objective was to provide the knowledge for delegates to unlock their potential and give everyone an inspirational kickstart to 2024. Mandy shared that VOE have been on a very exciting journey of discovery as a business and summed up their 5 winning ingredients as Vision, Destination, Focus, Action and Success. She stated “Our Vision is to be the leading consortium of choice for independent conference and event venues in the UK. Giving a clear route and Destination to our member venues and setting stretching targets for the VOE team to achieve, has seen us bring in 18 new venues in the past 18 months. With a clear Focus on sales, we have achieved an outstanding result and ensures we are keeping the business in our VOE family of venues. By implementing a clear Action plan, we have introduced new initiatives for our members such as the #AgencyExcellence programme and our Quality strategy giving a platform for our venues to work together to get recognition as leading conference and events venues, and finally we have seen Success in achieving excellent financial results, making us stronger as a business.”  


RD Content reach every corner of the world

With the Zayed Sustainability Award donating millions to non-profits around the world, we were tasked to make a film celebrating their 15th anniversary and really encapsulating their reach in every corner of the world. Our team travelled to Tasmania, Mexico, and Malawi, three places with completely different histories and cultures, with the aim to understand the award’s genuine impact on local communities across the globe. It is safe to say we were proud of the final outcome, with it’s showcase at the 2023 award ceremony receiving a standing ovation and being viewed over 12 million times since online.
