Natalie Winters — Operations Director

Natalie joins EVCOM with a standout track record operating at the highest levels of business and communications. Her background includes supporting the Board and C-Suite at Serco Group plc, where she worked across governance, internal communications and major corporate events. Earlier in her career, she supported senior leadership at Investis, the online communications powerhouse.
True to the EVCOM spirit, Natalie is a multi-talented entrepreneur — alongside her corporate experience, Natalie spent the past several years running a successful live events business, overseeing large-scale corporate events, awards, meetings and overseas itineraries and running her own health and wellbeing business. Her ability to wear many hats and keep complex operations running seamlessly makes her a powerful addition to EVCOM’s engine room.
Christina Ashley — Marketing Director
CMO & Marketing Director | Former Head of Marketing, Devoteam AWS UKI | Chief Marketing Officer, KwikTrust & Olympic Ice Hockey Champion
Christina brings world-class marketing expertise backed by senior leadership experience across the tech and digital innovation sectors. As former Head of Marketing at Devoteam AWS UKI and Chief Marketing Officer at KwikTrust. Christina’s expertise spans the full marketing spectrum and she has driven high-impact brand growth, demand generation and digital strategy in fast-paced environments, whilst knowing when she needs to get involved tactically and personally expedite delivery of projects.
But Christina’s story goes far beyond business. As a Canadian Olympic Ice Hockey champion and Lead Coach for the Cambridge Kodiaks, she is a passionate advocate for women in sport and community development — coaching skating, passing, shooting and leadership while building a supportive space for women to thrive.
Both Natalie and Christina are natural entrepreneurs and multi-disciplinary professionals and we look forward to them being part of what’s next at EVCOM.
