I’ve been involved in acting and drama since I was 8 years old. Growing up in London I learnt music, acting and so many skills that have shaped me into the person I am. One of my first experiences on stage was for my primary school nativity play where I was a narrator. I moved to India in 2009 and continued to foster my love for theatre by getting involved in plays at school. One of the plays was on odysseus and I played the role of goddess Athena. When I joined university in 2019 to do computer science, I joined the university drama club, it was there that my eyes opened about the art of acting, that was when I came to the realisation that I want to become an actor. It was almost like a realisation that this what I’m meant to do for the rest of my life. Acting , drama and being on stage has always been a part of me. It was a whisper that I had no idea was becoming such an integral part of me. I currently live in the UK and have kickstarted my acting career. I attended my first casting audition for a short film last week. I have the vision in me the drive in me to take this up. Becoming an actor isn’t easy and rather long but if there is a will there is a way. To the dreams that keep us going
