FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Submissions Open for the EVCOM Clarion Awards 2026
Impact by Design – Purpose Built. Measured. Proven.
London, UK – 2 March 2026: EVCOM has officially opened submissions for the Clarion Awards 2026, inviting the industry’s most impactful film, live and audio projects to step forward.
This is not simply a call for entries.
It is a call for the work that moved people.
The work that shifted thinking.
The work that influenced behaviour and delivered measurable progress.
The Clarion Awards celebrate creativity with consequence. They recognise film, live and audio experiences that use craft, strategy and influence to create measurable positive impact for people, communities and the planet.
These are projects that go beyond commercial success to drive progress, through environmental responsibility, social good, education, wellbeing, inclusion and innovation, demonstrating how the communications industry can be a force for meaningful change.
The Impact of Purpose
When purpose is clear, it shapes decisions.
When it is embedded, it drives action.
When it is measured, it proves its value.
That belief sits at the heart of the Clarion Awards.
Impact by Design
The Clarions champion work where impact is intentional.
Where purpose is built into strategy from the outset.
Where creativity is aligned with responsibility.
Where outcomes are evidenced, not assumed.
Impact by Design reflects the conviction that real change does not happen by accident. It is imagined, embedded, tracked and delivered.
At a time when accountability and authenticity matter more than ever, the Clarion Awards recognise organisations and creators who can demonstrate that their work made a genuine difference — and can prove it.
Expanding the Awards for 2026
This year introduces two new categories reflecting the evolving landscape of purpose-driven communication:
AI for Good: Responsible Innovation in Impact Communication
Recognising the strategic and ethical use of artificial intelligence to enhance engagement, improve accessibility and deliver measurable outcomes.
Podcast: Purpose-Led Impact in Corporate Podcasting
Celebrating corporate podcasts that drive meaningful social, cultural, environmental or organisational impact through strategic clarity, production excellence and demonstrable audience engagement.
These additions reinforce the Clarions’ commitment to recognising innovation that is responsible, intentional and effective.
Championing Emerging Talent
Central to the awards programme are two special honours dedicated to the next generation of industry leaders:
The Focus Award recognises exceptional emerging filmmakers from under-represented ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds whose work demonstrates distinctive voice, creative promise and a commitment to purposeful storytelling.
The Realise Award celebrates emerging event professionals, particularly those from diverse backgrounds aged 18–25, whose ambition, imagination and strategic thinking signal strong potential to shape the future of purpose-driven live experiences.
Together, these awards underline the Clarions’ commitment to fostering diverse voices and strengthening the future of the industry.
