Flight booking procedure – IMEX are no longer able to book any flights. Buyers and Group Leaders are required to book their own flights and claim a reimbursement (up to the banding limit from their home gateway). This allows greater flexibility to book the airline of choice, collect loyalty points and book any extras. Please ensure your buyers are aware of the arrival and departure times for their attendance – Hosted Buyer T&C’s – Travel & Reimbursements T&C’s
Reimbursement process – reimbursements are paid after the show – no need to queue to collect a cheque at the show – reimbursements explained
Health & safety – we’re making detailed plans for you and your buyers to attend IMEX in Frankfurt in a safe, responsible, and confident way. Please check our website for regular updates – Health & Safety
Key dates can be found in the main area of your IMEX account online on the left-hand side – this will be regularly updated.
What else do I need to know?
Flight bookings/FAM trips – Please let us know if you are booking a FAM trip either side of IMEX in Frankfurt. We will send you a document to complete with the relevant information.
Group leaders – Once your group has achieved its target (a minimum of 10 buyers) – IMEX will reimburse a group leaders flight and host accommodation (based on their groups programme dates) – group leader roles and responsibilities. If you’re working on a stand and require a diary you may need to register as a group leader with a different email address. Please check with your Relationship Manager.
