EVCOM Reveals Next Gen Board 2025 Shape the Future of the Industry

29th Oct, 2025: EVCOM is proud to announce the launch of the 2025 Next Gen Board,  a key part of its new strategic framework designed to empower emerging talent and ensure the next generation of creative leaders has a strong voice in shaping the future of the live and film communication sectors.

As part of this initiative, members of the EVCOM Next Gen Shadow Board will be paired with existing EVCOM Board members giving them first-hand insight into leadership, governance, and strategic decision-making. This new structure is central to EVCOM’s ongoing commitment to fostering collaboration, innovation, and progression across the industry.

The 2025 EVCOM Next Gen Shadow Board brings together a diverse and ambitious group of rising professionals:

  • Ameila Bithell – Event Executive at 2B UK
  • Alice Thomson – Producer at Kaptcha 
  • Alec Taylor – Account Executive – The Edge Picture Company
  • Aminah Alhamdu – Freelance Production Assistant
  • Eyitomi Tetsola, University of Greenwich, Aspiring Writer & Creative Storyteller
  • Fin Sampson – Video Production Manager, Mash Media
  • Harry Strubel – Studio Assistant, Podshop
  • Kiran Rehman – MoJ, Creative and channel manager/ Internal and External events
  • Olivia Graham – Production Manager, Kinura
  • Ewan Windebank – Production Runner, The Edge
  • Urvish Kumavat – Event Manager, TaalTribe

The Shadow Board will this year be supported by Amelia Bithell, one of last year’s Next Gen members, who will draw on her experience to ensure a smooth transition and provide continuity between cohorts.

Under this new framework, the Next Gen Shadow Board will not only contribute to EVCOM’s strategic direction but will also play an active role in shaping initiatives, events, and support programmes for both EVCOM Next Gen’ers and existing members. Their insight will help drive EVCOM’s mission to bridge the gap between emerging talent and established leaders, ensuring that the industry remains dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking.
