Job description/ responsibilities:
We have a new opportunity for an experienced AV Technician to be a key part of our client’s London team, representing our client and working onsite at a leading savings and investment company.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Audio Visual Technician to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high profile and general event schedules with their internal/external customers and vendors
- Act as an ambassador and be a senior point of contact for both our client and their customer
- Attend pre-production meetings
- Direct & manage all technical aspects of live events
- Setup/operation of integrated events spaces including high profile auditorium-based results presentations and town halls
- Provide a consistent white glove service
- Managing technical logistics alongside facilities and catering
- Ability to provide workarounds in the event of equipment failure
- Work with vendors for AV rentals and staging requirements
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Prepare equipment for future events and meetings as required
- Presentable and able to liaise with senior executives in a calm and professional manner at all times both face to face and via the telephone
- Provide audio visual support to other areas of the business when required
- Post event reporting to highlight production improvements and enhancements to service
- Proactively train and support end users as required and any administration necessary to support engineering role
