Plastic Pictures has announced a new leadership model that cements its position as one of the UK’s most ambitious creative companies. Three trailblazing women now take centre stage in its creative leadership.
Jenny Manby has been promoted to Managing Director, and Sarah Jenner (SJ) promoted to the newly created role of Content Innovation Director, while Sam Gunn continues as Creative Director.
Together, the three form a leadership trio that unites strategic clarity, innovation leadership and creative firepower.
Jenny drives performance.
SJ drives transformation.
Sam brings bold ideas to life.
Supported by a wider leadership team including Plastic’s Founders and Heads of Departments (HODs), this evolution follows a record-breaking year: 20 industry award wins, #4 in the UK Top 50, #1 in awards, and #2 in the Peer Poll.
With studios in London, Barcelona, and São Paulo, Plastic Pictures continues to redefine what clients need now from a creative agency hybrid, blending strategic insight with the craft, agility, and delivery power of a world-class production company.
Sara Cooper and James Dark, Founders of Plastic Pictures, commented:
Sara – “This is a milestone moment! Not one, not two but three extraordinary women leading Plastic into its next chapter. Jenny, SJ, and Sam represent the spirit of our company. Bold, inventive, and people-first. With them and our wider leadership team, we’re ready to shape what’s next.”
James – “The pace of change in our industry is relentless, but Plastic was built for disruption. With Jenny, SJ, and Sam leading alongside our senior team, we have performance, innovation, and creativity working in perfect balance. It’s an exciting new chapter, not just for Plastic, but for our clients too.”
