Fast-growing, award-winning, brand experience agency seeks talented and ambitious Senior Project Manager to cover maternity leave and to assist in the ever-expanding events portfolio.

Fixed-term 52-week maternity cover contract starting in mid-March 2021.

Senior Project Manager, Maternity Contract, Central London.

Salary: £34,000-£40,000 per annum (subject to experience)

Initially home-based, then based in the heart of London’s West End.

To continue this success, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager for maternity cover.

You’ll be working across multiple accounts, and supporting on a number of other production solutions for both virtual and live events. You will be comfortable working in a creative team delivering projects from pitch to live to post-event.

Key responsibilities 

  • End-to-end project management including delivery, budgeting, contracting, and event design. Large scale event delivery on a global portfolio.
  • Responsibility for event direction including health and safety, operations and resourcing and sustainable practices.
  • Leading on client briefs and proposals for events within your portfolio.
  • Leading on event strategy and creative solutions for projects.
  • Demonstrate a true understanding of events within the integrated marketing function and how to maximise brand placement and event objective return.
  • Managing project progression.
  • Assisting with project retention working alongside the senior team.
  • Align with company objectives to define strategy, growth, and creativity around event services and delivery.
  • Assisting in the account management and development of client brand and opportunities to expand our relationship.
  • Research of any new technology appropriate to the business.
  • Maximise all potential revenue opportunities including upselling opportunities throughout the event cycle.
  • Advising on resource needed, project schedules, and client timelines
  • Managing client projects to agreed specifications and proactively maintaining control over projects.
  • Develop Scope of Work documents for clients and ensuring all event deliverables and budgets are signed off ahead of project start date.
  • Keeping a proactive and solutions-driven eye on all deliverables, seeking the most cost-effective solutions and suitable contractors.
  • Duties would include:  Project management – Logistics management – Production management – Budget management and financial co-ordination – Produce, manage and circulate key communications e.g. weekly status reports to all key meeting stakeholders – Venue research – Creative brainstorm and ideas origination – Pitch and proposal creation and delivery – Supplier liaison and management – Lead to the entire project team.
  • Assisting in client relationship management – leading on the account and developing the business and opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Delivering and managing client projects onsite and undertake any other travel where  necessary

Qualifications and Experience

  • 6 years minimum experience in production solutions and project development in a communications or brand experience agency environment.
  • An awesome attitude that always finds possibilities and solutions.
  • A strong understanding of virtual and live production.
