Aminah Alhamdu
I have a degree in Digital Media Production B.Sc. (Hons) with first class honours, and received a graduate prize for the script that I submitted as a final project. I currently work as a Communications Assistant at Imperial College London and freelance in events.
I have around 3 years of experience working and volunteering in events: this includes assisting the Artist Liaison team at massive music festivals with Brockwell Live, working with Event Directors at public/community events across the UK and USA, and supporting smaller private events, classes & exhibitions from when I worked at Milton Keynes Arts Centre.
I have a dynamic skill set, having assisted with event set-up as well as taking on admin, communications and social media tasks throughout these experiences. I additionally have a strong creative drive and a broad media tool set from my studies: I excel at digital design and illustration as well as video production and editing.
