Who we are looking for
You are an ambitious individual with a passion for design looking to begin or develop your career within an agency environment working with some of the world’s best brands. You will be someone who wants to take on responsibility as well as the opportunity to learn new skills.
You have a strong understanding of design principles, a passion to expand your skills and the talent to craft work that engages people.
You will need to be highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail and have good communication skills. You must have the ability to multitask, prioritise and be able to manage deadlines. Above all you’ll have the drive and ‘can do’ attitude to fast track your career in a creative communication agency.

Key Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and understand requirements
- Contribute to a collaborative ideation process by developing ideas and visualising for presentation
- Participating in various design projects from concept to completion
- Produce drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions for print, digital and brand identity
- Understand brand guidelines and use the appropriate colours and layouts for graphics
- Test graphics across various media for final output and delivery formats
- Work with the creative team to develop digital designs for virtual audiences
- Listen to feedback to hone skills and improve design
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of graphics and brand communications
- Qualification in design and/or creative agency experience
- Strong understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign and appropriate outputs
- Knowledge of Powerpoint, Keynote and Google Slides
- Familiarity with digital design software and technologies (XD, CSS)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Great typographic skills
- An interest in 3D design is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
